All Docs and projects should be shared with the teacher immediately

Routine: Create, Name, Share

Naming Google Docs
If you are an elementary school teacher your students should be naming their documents in the following manner:
Subject-Name-Project Name
Example:  Writing-Angel Wells-Acrostic Poem

Helpful Hint- When first setting up Google Docs it may be a good idea to have students create folders for each subject and share those folders with you; that way everything they create in those folders will be shared with you!
